FDA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Generic Drug User Fee Cover Sheet Collection

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on a proposed collection of information using Form FDA 3794, the Generic Drug User Fee Cover Sheet, which is required under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The public has 60 days to provide feedback on the proposed collection.
