FDA Announces Medical Device User Fee Rates for Fiscal Year 2013

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has published fee rates and payment procedures for medical device user fees for the fiscal year 2013, which will be in effect from October 1, 2012, to September 30, 2013. The fees must be paid before or at the time of application submission to avoid delays in the review process.
