FDA to Hold Public Hearing on Patient Preoperative Skin Preparation Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is hosting a public hearing to gather input on addressing microbial contamination of patient preoperative skin preparation products, which are not currently required to be sterile, and has scheduled the event for December 12-13, 2012, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Washington, DC/Silver Spring.
