FDA Releases Updated Guidance on Food Facility Registration for Small Businesses

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made an updated Small Entity Compliance Guide available to help small businesses comply with the registration requirements for food facilities under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) and the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
