DOJ's ATF Requests Extension of National Firearms Act Information Collection Without Change

The Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking an extension of its National Firearms Act (NFA)-Special Occupational Taxes (SOT) information collection, which is currently approved under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and requests public comments on the proposed extension.
