Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for ATF Form 3

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is requesting review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget for a revision of ATF Form 3, which is used for the application of tax-exempt transfer of firearms and registration to special occupational taxpayers.
