ATF Requests Review of Information Collection for ATF Form 6140.3

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a new information collection, specifically ATF Form 6140.3, which will be submitted to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
