Department of Justice Requests Review and Approval for Prison Population Reports Collection

The Department of Justice is seeking OMB approval to extend its Prison Population Reports collection, which tracks sentenced population movement, for an additional period. This collection, managed by the Bureau of Justice Statistics, is required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
