DOJ Proposes New System of Records to Detect Insider Threats

The Department of Justice is proposing a new system of records, titled 'DOJ Insider Threat Program Records (ITPR),' to detect and mitigate insider threats, following the rescission of an FBI system of records notice previously covering similar records.
