Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, Criminal Justice Information Services Division, is requesting OMB review and approval for an existing information collection, the Address Verification/Change Request Form (1-797), which was previously published in the Federal Register on March 16, 2017, and is now open for public comments.
