Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Revision of CJIS Name Check Form

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Criminal Justice Information Services Division, is seeking public comment on a proposed revision to the CJIS Name Check Form, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
