DOJ, ATF Submit Information Collection Request for Police Check Inquiry-ATF F 8620.42

The Department of Justice and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives are requesting public comments on a revised information collection, eliminating the Pre-Screening Qualifications Certification, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 review process.
