OMB Approves Department of State's Public Charge Questionnaire for Emergency Processing

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the Department of State's submission of the DS-5540, Public Charge Questionnaire, following the Department's request for emergency processing. The Department submitted the information collection for emergency approval, and the OMB granted the request.
