U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License to Plant Biofuels, Inc. for Soybean Varieties

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced its intention to grant an exclusive license to Plant Biofuels, Inc. for two soybean varieties, 'Derry' and 'Donegal,' which were previously protected under Plant Variety Protection Certificates issued on June 30, 1999.
