U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Soybean Variety 'Moon Cake'

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is issuing a notice of intent to grant an exclusive license to T. A. Seeds LLC for the soybean variety 'Moon Cake,' which was patented in 2003.
