Commercial Quota for Massachusetts Summer Flounder Fishery Exhausted

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced that the 2009 summer flounder commercial quota allocated to Massachusetts has been fully harvested, and vessels with a permit for the summer flounder fishery are prohibited from landing summer flounder in the state for the remainder of 2009, unless additional quota is transferred from another state.
