US Department of Agriculture Finalizes School Food Safety Inspections Rule

The US Department of Agriculture has adopted a final rule that requires schools participating in the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program to conduct regular food safety inspections, enhancing the safety of over 38 million meals served daily to school children.
