Coast Guard Announces Approval of Information Collection Requirement for Vessel Water Pollution Financial Responsibility

The U.S. Coast Guard has announced that it has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to collect information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for vessel water pollution financial responsibility, as outlined in 33 CFR 138.85, with OMB control number 1625-0046.
