Acetochlor Pesticide Tolerances Established by U.S. Government

The U.S. government has established tolerances for residues of the pesticide acetochlor on various crops, including cotton, soybeans, and their byproducts. Monsanto Company had requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), and the regulation also removes the existing tolerance for indirect residues on soybean seed.
