EPA Authorizes Guident Technologies Inc. and Subcontractors to Access Confidential Business Information

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted permission to Guident Technologies Inc. and its subcontractors to access confidential business information related to toxic substances, following a submission under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). This access is authorized for all sections of the TSCA, including potentially confidential business information (CBI).
