Multifamily Housing Mortgage and Housing Assistance Restructuring Program (Mark to Market) Proposal Under Review by OMB

The Department is seeking public comments on a proposal to analyze and reduce rents to market and restructure mortgages on multifamily properties with FHA insurance and Section 8 project-based assistance, where Section 8 rents exceed market rents.
