Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone at Navy Pier in Chicago Harbor

The U.S. Coast Guard will enforce a safety zone in Chicago Harbor from September 2, 2009, to September 26, 2009, to ensure public safety during fireworks events, restricting vessel movement in the area with prior permission from the Captain of the Port Lake Michigan.
