Railroad Retirement Board Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Debt Repayment Data Collection

The Railroad Retirement Board is seeking public comment on a proposed data collection to recover overpaid benefits, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and invites feedback on the necessity, accuracy, and burden of the collection.
