EPA Proposes Disapproval of Texas Flexible Permits State Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to disapprove revisions to Texas' New Source Review State Implementation Plan (SIP) that include a new permitting program called Flexible Permits, citing non-compliance with federal regulations. The EPA is seeking public comments on the proposal.
