Receipt of Application; Comment Request

EPA is making available for comment a registration application submitted by Scimetrics Ltd. Corp. requesting the addition of the black-tailed prairie dog and their host fleas for the chemical combination of the anticoagulant rodenticide, diphacinone and the insecticide, imidacloprid. Diphacinone and imidacloprid are chemicals currently registered with the Agency. In consideration of recent public interest in pesticide products intended to control the black-tailed prairie dog, EPA is providing public notice of its receipt of this application and an opportunity for the public to comment on the application.
