EPA Proposes Approval of Alabama's Clean Air Interstate Rule Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a portion of Alabama's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, which addresses state reporting requirements under the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) and the Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) SIP Call. This action aims to approve revisions to Chapter 335-3-1 of the SIP, following previous approvals of other portions of the plan.
