Southwestern Power Administration Proposes 10.8% Rate Increase to Recover Costs

The Southwestern Power Administration has prepared a proposal to increase annual power rates by 10.8% to cover increased investments and maintenance expenses in hydroelectric generating facilities, as revealed in the Current and Revised 2009 Power Repayment Studies.
