Revised Filing Requirements for Centralized Service Companies Under the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 2005, the Federal Power Act, and the Natural Gas Act

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission proposes to revise its regulations to require centralized service companies providing non-power services to public utilities and natural gas companies to file an annual report and adhere to accounting standards, unless exempted or granted a waiver.
