National Hunting and Fishing Day Celebrated in the United States in 2009

The U.S. government designated June 4, 2009, as National Hunting and Fishing Day to promote conservation and outdoor recreation, and to recognize the contributions of hunters and anglers to wildlife management and habitat preservation.
