Virgin Islands Eligible for Additional Emergency Unemployment Compensation Benefits

The Department of Labor has announced that claimants in the Virgin Islands are eligible for up to 13 weeks of additional benefits under the Emergency Unemployment Compensation (EUC08) program, which was created by Public Law 110-449, starting from August 23, 2009.
