EPA Reconsiders Fugitive Emissions Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revisiting its 2008 decision on the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and Nonattainment New Source Review (NSR) rule, which included fugitive emissions, after receiving a petition from the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) in February 2009.
