U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Accepts Dillon Dam Hydroelectric Project Preliminary Permit Application

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has accepted a preliminary permit application for the Dillon Dam Hydroelectric Project, inviting public comments and soliciting motions to intervene. The Corps also notes that competing applications have been received.
