Availability of Official Information

The Federal Labor Relations Authority has updated its regulations to comply with the OPEN Government Act of 2007 and the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996, reflecting changes required by Executive Orders 12600 and 13392, and aligning with the Authority's revised policies and procedures.
