NMFS Announces Availability of Proposed Fishery Ecosystem Plans for Western Pacific Fisheries

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comment on proposed Fishery Ecosystem Plans (FEPs) that would reorganize existing fishery management plans for the western Pacific region, with the goal of incorporating ecosystem-based goals and principles into management decisions.
