EPA Adopts New Regulations for Hospital Waste Incinerators

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized new regulations for hospital waste incinerators, following a court-ordered review of the agency's previous standards, and in compliance with the Clean Air Act's requirement to review the standards every 5 years.
