U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Seeks Public Comment on Extension of Form I-854 Information Collection

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is requesting public comment on the extension of Form I-854, a previously existing information collection, in order to inform the public of the proposed extension and gather feedback before making a final decision.
