IRS Issues Temporary and Final Regulations on Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act

The IRS is releasing temporary and final regulations to enforce the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA), which prohibits discrimination based on genetic information for group health plans, in conjunction with the Employee Benefits Security Administration and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
