EPA to Respond to Kentucky Power Station Permit Petition Under Proposed Consent Decree

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has agreed to respond to a petition filed by the East Kentucky Power Cooperative by December 15, 2009, as part of a proposed consent decree in response to a lawsuit filed by the Sierra Club in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
