Federal Labor Relations Authority Updates Regulations on Employee Conduct and Filing Procedures

The Federal Labor Relations Authority is making technical amendments to its regulations, updating ethical conduct standards and disclosure requirements for executive branch personnel, and revising filing procedures for negotiability disputes and commercial deliveries.
