EPA Approves Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for VOC Emissions from Cold Solvent Cleaning and Vapor Degreasing Operations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to approve revisions to the San Diego Air Pollution Control District portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP), which regulates volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from cold solvent cleaning and vapor degreasing operations, as mandated by the Clean Air Act of 1990.
