U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License to NutriGrown for Fertilizer Patent

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced its intention to grant NutriGrown, LLC an exclusive license to use a patented fertilizer formulation that reduces nutrient and pesticide leaching, as outlined in U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 11/504,401, filed on August 14, 2006.
