Adjusted Indemnification Amount

The Department of Energy (DOE) is announcing an adjusted indemnification amount of $11.961 billion, based on the aggregate percentage change in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) since July 1, 2003, under the Price-Anderson Act, consistent with the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct 2005).
