DOE Publishes Final Rule on Cellulosic Biofuels Incentives and Reverse Auctions

The US Department of Energy has published a final rule outlining the procedures and standards for reverse auctions of production incentives for cellulosic biofuels, as mandated by the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
