Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau Proposes Changes to Internal Revenue Tax Drawback Regulations

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau is proposing amendments to its regulations to clarify the relationship between paying internal revenue taxes under the 1986 Internal Revenue Code and drawing back taxes under the 1930 Tariff Act, with the goal of aligning these regulations with proposed Customs and Border Protection rules.
