FSIS Announces Public Meetings for Proposed Cooperative Inspection Program

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is hosting two public meetings to discuss proposed regulations for a new voluntary cooperative inspection program, which would allow smaller meat and poultry establishments to ship products across state lines via interstate commerce.
