SEC Proposes Extension of Filing Accommodation for Static Pool Information in Asset-Backed Securities Filings

The Securities and Exchange Commission proposes to extend the filing accommodation for static pool information in filings related to asset-backed securities, allowing this information to be provided on an internet website under certain conditions, from December 31, 2009, to December 31, 2010.
