Establishment of Class D and E Airspace and Modification of Class E Airspace at University Park Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes to create Class D and E airspace and modify existing Class E airspace at the University Park Airport in State College, Pennsylvania, to support the construction of a new air traffic control tower and improve air traffic safety and management.
