FEMA Suspends Community Eligibility Due to Non-Compliance with Floodplain Management Regulations

FEMA is suspending eligibility for a community due to its failure to enforce floodplain management regulations under the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), but will withdraw the suspension if the community comes into compliance before the effective date.
