EPA to Address Lawsuit Over Clean Air Act Violations in California

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a consent decree to settle a lawsuit filed by the Association of Irritated Residents against the agency over alleged violations of the Clean Air Act in California, specifically related to permitting of agricultural sources.
