EPA Withdraws Direct Final Rule, Replaces Arizona and Nevada State Implementation Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing a previously published direct final rule and replacing it with a new rule, correcting errors in the Arizona and Nevada state implementation plans, and deleting statutes and rules that were erroneously approved under the Clean Air Act.
